Disassembly, cleaning, defect inspection
The seal is stripped and cleaned in a dedicated zone, then inspected for defects. Separate zones for disassembly, cleaning and assembly.

Lapping of the seal faces
Seal faces are lapped on high-precision machines. Washing equipment, lapping units and drilling machines on site.

Optical flatness control
Optical control of lapping quality, accurate to 0.3–1 microns. High-precision optical devices (mono light) for geometric inspection.

Static testing and API 682 test
Static testing and API 682 compliance testing at 25 PSI (1.7 bar). The stand runs leak tests and confirms compliance with international standards.
- 05Specialised materials
Final assembly
Final assembly using specialised lubricants and materials. Lifting and testing equipment handles a wide range of mechanical seal types.
